The problem is there is simply not enough scientific evidence to prove the effects of every essential oil on people with every health issue and certainly not in the long term.

Dr. Josh Axe warns that you “do not diffuse oils around newborns, babies, young children, pregnant or nursing women, or pets unless you are sure they are safe”.
