Into 20 ml of any edible oil add 6 drops of rosemary essential oil and 3 drops of clove essential oil.

Apply the insect repellent on inner sides of your wrists and around your ankles. And apply again after 4 or 5 hours if needed. Small roll-on container is perfect for this purpose.
